All you pay for is your co-pays.

You only pay the co-pays set by your insurance provider.

With AdherePac, the packaging and home delivery

are provided at no additional cost. You’re only responsible

for your regular prescription co-pays – which are the same

as they would be at a retail pharmacy.

Health Park Pharmacy delivers your customized AdherePac to you each month. We can

also include in your delivery other prescription and over-the-counter medications you

might need, including creams, ointments, diabetic supplies, inhalers and more.

Health Park Pharmacy is a part of the Elevate Pharmacy Network. We are

preferred in numerous Medicare Part D Plans.
